Old information can still be useful information
A resource library accumulated over decades inevitably contains material tied to its time. Rather than quietly deleting it all, this modernised page separates historical material from current guidance and makes the archive status explicit.
That preserves useful documentation for existing users, keeps a record of Cruse Control's FileMaker history, and avoids suggesting that FileMaker 6 or old third-party download links represent today's recommended technology.
Archive note
The previous Resources page also linked to external technical dictionaries, old FileMaker UK manual downloads and an Adobe Acrobat Reader download page. Those links have been removed from the prominent resource list because their destinations and relevance may have changed. The Cruse Control-hosted documents themselves have been retained wherever practical.
