CONTACTS! v3.1 Send HTML emails directly from your database

  • A simple yet powerful way to manage your contacts.
  • Fully customisable. Use it as it is, integrate it with your existing systems

    open these directly from the database.
  • In addition to the "mail merge to letters" facility there is also a 'mail
    merge to emails' facility, allowing you to create individual emails to
    selected groups in your database. A record of each email or letter is
    kept with the individual contact details so you can see who has received
    which mailing.
  • Link any document (pdf, word etc.) to a contact on the system for quick
    reference.

Publish! v2.1 is Cruse Control Limited's multi - user, multi - platform, FileMaker Pro based database for
publishers of one or more titles that want to create and keep track of bookings, subscriptions, invoices,
payments and revenue and create and manage sales leads. Reports of revenue, by title and by sales
person, or both, are automatically included and endless others can be quickly created using the
powerful and simple to use features of the multi award winning FileMaker Pro 9 product line up.

Many users, One License!

As FileMaker Business Alliance Members in the U.K. we are able to offer all of our
database clients, including purchasers of our ready made solutions such as CONTACTS! v3.1
WorkflowPlus! v3.1, or Publish! v2.1, a very special service.

By agreement with FileMaker themselves, we are able to supply any number of FileMaker licenses
to our clients, with or without manuals, CD's etc. and with the added bonus of having just the
one license number for however many licenses you have purchased. In addition to this,
any number of licenses can be purchased over the 'phone* (*subject to Cruse Control agreement
and faxed confirmation of order) and can be used immediately, still on the same license number!

This makes it easy to track the number of users, saves the cost and clutter of having multiple CD's
and documentation (as well as the confusion of "which license goes with which CD?") and gives
instant flexibility and upgrade paths for further users.

This service is only available from members of the FileMaker Business Alliance (FBA) whose clients purchase
FileMaker database solutions from them.
