Use it as it is, integrate it with your existing systems or customise it to suit your needs, either by yourself, your preferred developer or with Cruse Control.

With WorkflowPLUS! you can create job quotes, track daily and weekly tasks until job completion and monitor the budget for any job on screen, including integrated timesheets, managing your production schedules and produce a range of status reports - even create your own as required.

Financial features include purchase orders and multiple invoices and user definable categories enable client and supplier information to be tracked and stored and endless other features can be quickly created using the powerful and simple to use features of the multi award winning FileMaker Pro product line up.

Many Users, One License!

Many users, One License!

Cruse Control are are able to offer all of our database clients, including purchasers of our ready made solutions such as CONTACTS! v5, WorkflowPlus! v5, or Publish! v4, a very special service.

We are able to supply any number of FileMaker licenses to our clients, with or without manuals, CD's etc. and with the added bonus of having just the one license number for however many licenses you have purchased. In addition to this, any number of licenses can be purchased over the 'phone* (*subject to Cruse Control agreement and faxed confirmation of order) and can be used immediately, still on the same license number!

This makes it easy to track the number of users, saves the cost and clutter of having multiple CD's and documentation (as well as the confusion of "which license goes with which CD?") and gives instant flexibility and upgrade paths for further users.
