Publish! v4 is Cruse Control’s multi-user FileMaker-based system for publishers that need to manage bookings and subscriptions alongside the companies, contacts and communications behind them.
It supports multiple publications and multiple booking categories — including display advertising, classified advertising, inserts and exhibition or trade-show space — while keeping quotes, invoices, payments, revenue and sales activity connected to the booking.
Series bookings can include different advertisement sizes, and the system can help identify when a series is approaching renewal.

Publish! includes the core CRM and communication-management features of CONTACTS! v5, then adds the booking, subscription and publishing workflow around them.

FileMaker-based and under active review
Publish! v4 is a FileMaker-based product with demonstration packages created across several FileMaker generations. As part of the current Cruse Control modernisation programme, compatibility with newer FileMaker releases and operating systems is being reviewed.
The demo page provides both self-contained runtime options for compatible systems and a standard FileMaker version for use with a suitable copy of FileMaker Pro or the current Claris trial.
