One place for the customer relationship
CONTACTS! is Cruse Control's multi-user customer relationship management system. It keeps contact information together with the day-to-day activity around that relationship, helping users find the history of a person or company without having to search through separate applications and folders.

Email and communication history
CONTACTS! includes tools for sending email directly from the database and for keeping communication history with the relevant contact. The system has supported HTML email, multiple email addresses, shared attachments and email history across workgroups.
The current Cruse Control implementation uses the licensed Dacons MailIt plug-in where appropriate for email integration.
