In addition to the "mail merge to letters" facility there is also a 'mail
merge to emails' facility, allowing you to create individual emails to
selected groups in your database. A record of each email or letter is
kept with the individual contact details so you can see who has received
which mailing.
Link any document (pdf, word etc.) to a contact on the system for quick
reference.
E-mail settings area allows the flexibility of sending and receiving from different e-mail accounts.
E-mails and attachments stored within the database, not hard drive folders.
Easy access, when sharing e-mails and attachments with other users in your workgroup.

Many users, One License!

Cruse Control are able to offer all of our database clients, including purchasers of our ready made solutions such as CONTACTS! v5, WorkflowPlus! v5, or Publish! v4, a very special service.

We are able to supply any number of FileMaker licenses to our clients, with or without manuals, CD's etc. and with the added bonus of having just the one license number for however many licenses you have purchased. In addition to this, any number of licenses can be purchased over the 'phone* (*subject to Cruse Control agreement and faxed confirmation of order) and can be used immediately, still on the same license number!

This makes it easy to track the number of users, saves the cost and clutter of having multiple CD's and documentation (as well as the confusion of "which license goes with which CD?") and gives instant flexibility and upgrade paths for further users.
