WorkflowPLUS! was originally developed from Cruse Control’s experience managing production traffic in a graphic design studio. It has evolved into a multi-user system for businesses that need customer information and day-to-day job activity in the same place.
Create quotes, organise daily and weekly tasks, monitor budgets, record time, manage production schedules, raise purchase orders and create multiple invoices while retaining the communication history and searchable information provided by CONTACTS!.
The system is fully customisable. It can be used as supplied, integrated with existing processes, or adapted by Cruse Control, your preferred FileMaker developer or your own team.

WorkflowPLUS! includes the contact, company, activity and communication-management features of CONTACTS! v5, then adds the job and financial workflow around them.

Flexible job structures
Jobs do not have to belong only to a company. WorkflowPLUS! can also create jobs around a location, independently of whichever client or contacts happen to be involved at the time.
This can suit architectural work, interior design, property development and other projects where the location itself has a continuing history. The same principle can also be used where the central item is effectively a product with bespoke jobs or renditions associated with it.
Locations can still be linked to companies or contacts whenever required.

WorkflowPLUS! is supplied as a customisable FileMaker solution rather than a closed system. Businesses can adapt the database as requirements change, integrate it with other processes or commission further development.
On-screen help is included to assist with getting started, while searchable notes, categories and reporting make the information useful beyond the immediate job.
Current platform
FileMaker-based and under active review
WorkflowPLUS! v5 was developed for FileMaker Pro 14 or later and has also been distributed in later FileMaker runtime generations. As part of the current Cruse Control modernisation programme, compatibility with newer FileMaker releases and operating systems is being reviewed.
